One thing that's taking some getting used to is clicking through each and every link to read the whole article.

Personally, I will say that my user experience will be increased if I didn't have to do that. Maybe there's a way to have the current day's posts be full length, but then when it ages to another day they go to the shortened format?

I think a lot of these articles are going to go unread because of one little click. People are lazy (me included)

As I try to read today's Gamebox article I click on "read more" and next thing i see is the "Anaheim Gamebox" ...the only problem I've seen so far is today's link & the "register" link on left side that is AFU'd, The register link in top right worked fine however!

I got some of the same feedback today at the R plong about the "read more".

From now on that will be removed from posts so the entire thing will show on the front page.

The link to the Anaheim gamebox was my error lamdeveg. There is a feature on the new blog where you can "copy" prior posts and edit. That benefits me for the "gamebox" posts but what I didn't know was the "read more" link didn't change. This will be taken care of in the future as there will be no more "read more" links.

There are a couple of bugs I'm trying to work out that were just brought to my attention.

It appears the "comments" links on some posts are not pointing to the correct post.

Also getting some more login issues. The work around so far is to use the "register" link at the top of the page and avoid the one at the bottom.

I'll post again once these are fixed.

The folks at Bloguin are working on getting the register link at the bottom of the page fixed. It was a definite bug.

Also the comments links has been corrected.

Working on figuring out why this site doesn't display on Blackberrys. Looks like there may be some plugins that can fix it.

Also received another email about problems creating an account. If anyone else has these problems please email me.

I have a few updates to share on some problems.

Regarding the problems reading this site on Blackberry here is the explanation I received back from Bloguin:

The only solution to the blackberry issue at the moment would be a completely different template, which is a major, major undertaking. I don't think it's going to be something that we can solve easily or very soon.

Also the link at the bottom of this page for registration has been fixed.

Finally some folks continue to have problems creating an account. If you are one of those people please email me at light.the.lamp@hotmail.com and I'll get it fixed for you.

To that point - Dutchman, I have been told you should be able to login now.

Wouldn't mind seeing a media guide to sites that games shown online...

AND tips on how to watch the upcoming Jackets game on Versus? I tried last year and it was blacked out on TV--or maybe that was the Yahoo game, not sure. Either way, it was blacked out because they knew my locale.

The "media guide" is a great idea for a sticky thread.

I have plans to add another tab called "iJackets" across the top of the blog that will have all kinds of info about how/where/when to access all things Jackets throughout different media platforms.

As far as Versus game... hmm... not quite sure. I'm guessing your not local to Columbus? You may have to find a sports bar and bride them to turn it on.

Any idea out there where Wally could stream it?

atdhe.net streams lots of games, but let's try to keep it between us Jackets fans. Lately, more and more of the games are being "removed by request of copyright holder", and I have a feeling that it has to do with knowledge of the site spreading by word of mouth.

Also, for what it's worth, I have the standard AT&T U-Verse TV package and I have Versus; it's channel 640.

For Time Warner Cable, it's channel 69.
